We meet at the entrance of the Virgin Active at Stoneridge Shopping Centre for our weekday club runs. Please contact us if you would like to join us for a morning run to try out the club.

A-Group
Runs sub 5:00 minutes per km and covers about 12km
B-Group
Runs at 5:30 – 6:00 minutes per km and covers about 10km
C-Group
Runs at 6:30 – 7:30 minutes per km and covers 6-8km
5km School
Runners need to at least be able to run for 1 to 2 km without walking and then run walk the rest of the 5km to be back before the allocated hour is up.
Please note a few of the new routes do not have water stops, so please if you know you need to drink water bring along your own water bottle.
